Organised by the BSGCT in collaboration with LifeArc & Catapult. This series aims to bridge the gap as to what happens between the discovery & academic development of a promising ATMP & what needs to be done to take it through fundraising, pre-clinical development & into a first in human trial.
The online seminar series will consist of 4 sessions:
Seminar 1 - The Development Pathway for Gene and Cell Therapies. Dr Joanna Davidge, Principal Business Manager, and Dr Kieran Hudson, Business Manager, LifeArc
An overall view of the steps required to take a project from the lab to the patient, including key members of the project team and how to secure funding for academic G&CT programmes.

- Seminar 3 - Non-clinical aspects of developing a CGT product - 3rd November 2023 time tbc
- Seminar 4 - A successful case study - date tbc
