Residency Why Music? The Key to Memory
Featuring in several programmes and events throughout the residency, we aim to challenge the idea that dementia and memory are always interconnected, provide a platform for the unique and diverse experiences of people living with dementias, and explore the power of music to help us connect, communicate and experience life in the moment.

Out of Mind researchers will discuss never before shared findings and
discoveries from experiments measuring the impact of music for people
living with dementias, and several new musical pieces inspired by our
work will be performed for the very first time.
