Access request form
Any requests for access should only be completed by a PI or by the individual’s Line Manager as they are taking legal responsibility for the individual accessing the building.

Buildings services
If you discover a building fault, need assistance with building maintenance, want help with a move or want to book an estates service, you will need to raise a service request with UCL Estates.
If the emergency relates to a problem with the building, for example a leak or power failure, please log a service request and also inform Paul Hammond ioo.building@ucl.ac.uk
