CBC ITP Introductory Training: Meet course participant Elif
We spoke to Elif, who took our introductory training course on 'Behaviour Change Interventions: Introductory Principles and Practice' in 2024.
Meet Elif
Elif is a Health Psychologist by background and is a Health Behaviour Change Researcher. She shares her top tips for taking our introductory course in this short blog.
Join online discussion
Share your thoughts, challenges and questions as much as you can in the forum - you will get feedback from peers and instructors.
Set aside time each week
The course is self-paced so you can start at any point during the four weeks, but I found it helpful to dedicate time each week so that I could join in with the discussions in the forums.
Learn at your own pace
We all struggle with subject matter sometimes. So don’t worry if you have to start over a couple of times, like I did. The content remains available for you to digest at your own pace.
