Directions from the airport
From Lisbon airport there are three main ways to reach the venue:

Taxi
Where: Taxi pick-up spot in Arrivals
Estimated cost: between €10€ and €15
Duration: approximately 16 minutes (may vary depending on traffic conditions)

Uber/Bolt
Where: Arrivals – P2 parking
Estimated cost: between €8 and €10 (may vary depending on time off day and/or demand)
Duration: approximately 16 minutes (may vary depending on traffic conditions)

Public transportation (Metro)
Where: Airport Metro station (red line)
Cost: €1.90 for metro ticket + €0.50 for physical rechargeable card (€2.40 in total)
Payment methods: you can use your bank card at the entrance and exit doors (remember to use the same card to avoid double payment) – using this method, you won’t have to pay the fee for the recheargeable card. You can also purchase physical tickets in person at the machines or ticket office.
Route: Metro: From Lisbon Airport, take the metro towards ‘São Sebastião’. Exit at “São Sebastião” via Av. António Augusto de Aguiar (poente) and then walk 15 minutes towards Colégio Almada Negreiros.
Duration: approximately 40 minutes

Hotels

Below are some suggestions for hotels within walking distance to the venue. The Organizing Committee has secured discounts for conference attendees for some of the hotels listed below. However it may be worth comparing rates on other websites (such as Booking.com, Expedia) before booking. 

Please note that there is a city accommodation tax which is not included in the room rates and is payable by guests directly at the hotel’s reception. This tax is 2 euros per person per night for up to seven nights.
