2025 Call for Workshops and Creative Ideation Sessions

Proposals for workshops 

We welcomed proposals for workshops, to be held on Tuesday 1 April 2025. When submitting a proposal, we will ask you to provide:  

• Facilitator details
• A summary of the workshop (no more than 100 words), explaining what the workshop will focus on and what attendees will learn
• Your preferred duration (full day or half day) 

Proposals for creative ideation sessions

We welcomed proposals for creative ideation sessions, to be held on Tuesday 1 April 2025.

Our creative ideation sessions should be used to bring people together to brainstorm ideas and potential solutions to tackle issues relating to behaviour change for health / sustainability. 

Please note that only open (accessible to all delegates) sessions are allowed under this umbrella. Meetings of closed groups are not covered by this format.

When submitting a proposal, we will ask you to provide:

• Organizer details
• A summary of the session, including: purpose, objectives and rationale (no more than 350 words)
