Support for Early Career Researchers

The Division of Biosciences provides a range of support for its postdoctoral researchers to help achieve their aspirations in both career and work-life balance. These include a mentoring scheme, professional and career development courses, as well as help identifying and applying for funds. Postdoctoral researchers participate in annual appraisal meetings to review progress with their manager and plan for future development. Activities organised by a Divisional Postdoctoral Committee include regular seminars and social events.
