Emma Burman wins Roosterbio Development Award

Congratulations to Engineering Doctorate student Emma Burman, who has recently won the Development Award from Roosterbio

Emma studied for a Biological Sciences degree with a year in industry at the University of Leeds (BSc IND) and worked as a research scientist at Astrea Bioseparations prior to starting her EngD at UCL. The title of her EngD is "Nanofiber-based Adsorbent to Address Extracellular Vesicle Subpopulation Isolation" and her supervisors are Prof. Dan Bracewell and Dr Steffi Frank. Emma is the second person at UCL Biochemical Engineering to win an award from Roosterbio.
