Martin Blackman Promoted to Workshop Manager

We'll be sad to say goodbye to Erich Herrmann longstanding manager of the High Precision Design and Fabrication Facility (Mechanical Workshop), who is retiring shortly. Martin has been a long-time member of the team and will be taking on Erich's role. Congratulations Martin!
