Title: Large-scale and supersaturated studies: statistical considerations
Abstract: I will discuss in non-technical terms a number of statistical issues related to big data in its various forms. I will then talk about a new method analysis when data are available on a relatively small number of study individuals and a very large number of potential explanatory variables, of which most are assumed to have no real effect.
