4 June 2025

A new paper has been published in the Management of Environmental Quality by MSc Behaviour Change alumna, Marilena Schnorrenberg. Using the COM-B model, the study investigated the barriers and facilitators to engage with carbon footprint reports delivered via digital banking apps.

The work highlights the opportunity for banks and fintech companies to embed behavioural science in their strategies - helping people to take meaningful action for the planet.
