Vacancy: Research Consultancy & Training Fellow / Senior Fellow

A permanent, full-time post (1.0 FTE) to contribute to the co-ordination and development of the research consultancy and training activities at the Centre.

This role is a permanent, full-time core post (1.0 FTE) and will join a team of Centre staff, led by CBC Director Professor Susan Michie and Co-Director Dr Fabi Lorencatto. We are looking to recruit one post at either Grade 7 (Fellow) or Grade 8 (Senior Fellow).
The postholder will join a team of experts in the field of behaviour change, with the primary focus of the role being to contribute to the co-ordination and development of the research consultancy and training activities at the Centre.
The role will also involve supporting teaching on BSc/MSc behaviour change modules and developing an academic research portfolio in the candidate’s areas of interest.
The post-holder should hold a first degree and a PhD or Professional Doctorate in a behavioural science. They will have excellent knowledge of behaviour change theory and evidence, with experience of designing and delivering research projects, plus teaching and/or training in behaviour change.
Additionally, the post-holder will have experience of working with non-academic stakeholders, either through prior experience of delivering training/consultancy projects for external customers, or through experience in conducting applied research projects.
