Please note that conference tickets - early bird and standard rates - include entry to both days of the event, lunch and refreshments.
All presenters (excluding invited keynote speakers) must purchase a conference ticket. Presenters who have not purchased a conference ticket prior to the event will be removed from the programme. It is the responsibility of the lead author for symposia and panel presentations to notify presenters within their group that ticket registration is required by all people presenting.
