We spoke to Elif, who took our introductory training course on 'Behaviour Change Interventions: Introductory Principles and Practice' in 2024.

Join online discussion
Share your thoughts, challenges and questions as much as you can in the forum - you will get feedback from peers and instructors.
Set aside time each week
The course is self-paced so you can start at any point during the four weeks, but I found it helpful to dedicate time each week so that I could join in with the discussions in the forums.
Learn at your own pace
We all struggle with subject matter sometimes. So don’t worry if you have to start over a couple of times, like I did. The content remains available for you to digest at your own pace.
