CBC Training, Events and Communications Manager

Are you an accomplished professional with expertise in communications and event management, passionate about making a difference in the fields of health and the environment? We have an exceptional opportunity for you to lead the Training, Events, and Communications activities at the Centre for Behaviour Change (CBC) at University College London. This role involves coordinating CBC's extensive training and events programme, including our flagship biannual international conference, and spearheading our communications to effectively promote CBC’s pioneering work. As the Training, Events, and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of CBC’s International Training Programme, coordinating large-scale events such as academic conferences, and leading our communication efforts across various channels. Your contributions will be instrumental in enhancing the visibility and impact of CBC’s research and initiatives on global challenges.

Location: University College London (UCL), 1-19 Torrington Place with hybrid working options

Working Pattern: Full-time (Flexible working options will be considered)

Salary: Grade 7 (£42,099 - £50,585 per annum including London Allowance; Dec23 scale) 

Deadline: 12 March

Depending on capacity, the CBC occasionally has opportunities for volunteers to work on CBC or other relevant projects to develop skills, gain experience and networks.  Please review the CBC website including current projects to check whether there is likely to be a good fit.
