Role in the Making Africa Urban Project
Tereza supports a project that examines the impact of large-scale urban investments on residents’ livelihoods. The focus is on Chinese-funded developments in Lilongwe city, specifically the Henan Guoji housing development and the Bingu National Stadium. The project also assesses the peri-urban expansion of Lilongwe, particularly the growth of private real estate companies and new housing construction on the western side of the city, including the Airwing development in Malawi.
