Tsz Man has been working in the policy, politics and media sectors since her university graduation. From IIPP, she has gained a deeper knowledge of innovation, systemic change and bottom-up participatory approaches. All these complement her existing professional skills in strategy, management, stakeholder engagement and communications, from her previous experiences as a general manager in a think tank, councillor's assistant in a legislative council, and reporter for different newspapers in Hong Kong. Tsz Man firmly believes that local solutions to more significant problems can have unpredictable effects. She looks forward to opportunities around innovation strategy, co-production and digital transformation.
