In a time of coronavirus, thinking about the procurement, design, management and use of learning environments - physical, virtual and hybrid - has never been more vitally important. How can we still provide high quality education at all levels of learning when the settings have to change, often at short notice? What are the differences between online and face-to-face learning; and how can these be most effectively combined? What are the resource and business implications? And can we also take this opportunity to improve our learning environments, not only for the immediate situation, but also for the future?

The MSc Learning Environments enables you to develop a deep understanding of the complex intersections between learning and the physical and virtual environments in which it takes place, so as to create positive educational and social outcomes. In this session, MSc Course Director Dr. Jos Boys will tell you about the programme, including how it addresses contemporary issues like these, and will answer any questions you have.
