Rafiga Ibrahimli, an MPA candidate at UCL specializing in Innovation and Public Policy, is an accomplished business analyst with experience across banking, construction, automotive, and startups. She led marketing initiatives at Volvo Car Azerbaijan. As an IT Business Analyst at International Bank of Azerbaijan’s lab she developed tibbim.az, a healthcare platform integrating clinics, doctors and patients.
