The 2025 International Conference on China Urban Development was held at UCL on 6–8 July 2025. It was hosted by the China Planning Research Group, which is coordinated by Professor Fulong Wu and Professor Fangzhu Zhang from the Bartlett School of Planning.
The theme of the conference was ‘Governing Urban Development in a Changing World’, and topics at the conference included:
