Public procurement for net-zero digital research infrastructure: A mission-oriented approach for UK Research and Innovation
Many countries, including the UK, have set their net-zero agendas and outlined strategies to reduce emissions and transition to low-carbon economies. Considering the significant challenge of decarbonising the planet, this policy report explores the role of UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) in advancing net zero missions with a focus on digital research infrastructure (DRI). The report emphasises the need for a systemic view of innovation while exploring UKRI’s role in the broader innovation system.
