William Knowles

William Knowles is a student in the 2020-21 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

William is a human. He is interested in understanding how small things interact in massive systems, and how public organisations can affect meaningful change in people's lives. Prior to joining the MPA course, he worked as an innovation consultant/strategist at huge consulting businesses, where he saw first hand the inability of the big business to do the right thing instead of the easy/profitable thing.
