Shazrul Suhaimi

Shazrul Suhaimi is a student in the 2025-26 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Prior to this, Shazrul Ariff Suhaimi worked as a Research Associate at the Khazanah Research Institute. His research interests were on political economy and development economics, with particular interest in inequality. He has contributed to publications on the economic wellbeing of Malaysian households and labour market outcomes of tertiary-educated graduates. Prior to joining the institute, he worked at NielsenIQ. Shazrul holds a BSc in International Political Economy from City, University of London.
