Rodrigo Chamorro
Rodrigo Chamorro is a student in the 2025-26 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Rodrigo is a public policy professional with a degree in Political Science. Before joining IIPP, he worked in the Buenos Aires City Government, as a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager in the Chief of Staff Office. His experience centers on designing and implementing frameworks to generate evidence that guides decision-making. Seeking to apply a disruptive approach, Rodrigo's goal is to become an M&E specialist focused on improving social policy delivery. He aims to expand his skills at UCL to address contemporary challenges through innovation, with the objective of applying these transformative solutions to help his country address its structural challenges.
