Liu Qiwei

Liu Qiwei is a student in the 2025-26 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Kiwey holds a bachelor's degree from Royal Holloway, University of London. His current interests primarily focus on innovation within high-tech sectors and its applications in the financial industry. Kiwey has completed internships at China Merchants Securities and China Securities Co., Ltd. His current career objective is to secure a position at a foreign-invested industrial enterprise.
