Kerem Osborne Dikerdem
Karem Osborne Dikerdem is a student in the 2025-26 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Kerem is a civil servant with several years of experience working on some of the most complex and challenging areas of UK policy. From negotiating trade rules during Brexit to working in the centre of government during COVID-19, he has built up an understanding and interest in how modern states respond to the grand challenges facing us today. His other previous roles include a mix of public, private and voluntary work and he continues to be a committed trade unionist. Kerem brings an interdisciplinary approach to his studies with an undergraduate degree in Human Sciences from the University of Oxford, with a particular focus on health policy, inequality and the British state.
