Jodi-Ann McFarlane is a student in the 2025-26 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Jodi-Ann McFarlane is a Jamaican professional with over 12 years’ experience leading transformation initiatives for government ministries, NGOs, and international development agencies. Her career has focused on strengthening institutions and delivering large-scale social impact programmes in the Caribbean, particularly in food security, SME development, and regional trade. She holds a bachelor’s in Psychology and a master’s in Applied Psychology from the University of the West Indies, Mona. Her motivation for the MPA is to deepen her ability to integrate behavioural insights, governance innovation, and policy evaluation to address systemic challenges in economic inclusion, decent work, and sustainable development.
