Fabiola Valinotti
Fabiola Valinotti is a student in the 2025-26 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Fabiola is a public servant and lawyer passionate about modernizing institutions and fostering inclusive policies that strengthen democratic governance and connect government action with community needs. As a legal advisor and Chief of Staff at her capital city’s council in Paraguay, she led multisectoral teams to create legislation and frameworks promoting citizen participation, sustainable waste management, circular economy, and the growth of creative industries.
Committed to social impact, she has coordinated projects for the reintegration of incarcerated women, the promotion of sports to support youth development in vulnerable communities, and the revitalisation of public spaces.
Fabiola aims to transform public institutions into value creators, placing people at the heart of public policy, seeking to overcome bureaucratic barriers and advancing equitable and innovative governance.
