Eleanor Foulkes
Eleanor Foulkes is a student in the 2025-26 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
El is a queer arts worker with a background in organising; both for trade unions and political movements. They are especially interested in examining the ways in which governance structures can promote democracy, transparency and accountability, or vice versa.
