Catherine Flaherty

Catherine Flaherty is a student in the 2025-26 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Catherine brings experience spanning public and private sectors — from serving in local government as an elected official to consultancy for the federal government. Through these roles, she convenes government, industry, and community stakeholders to strengthen the capacity, adaptability, and reach of public systems. She is passionate about integrating digital technologies and strategic innovation to maximize social impact and build trust in organizations.
