Manuel Aguilera is a student in the 2022-23 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
He co-founded Impacto Digital 5 years ago, a nonprofit organization focused on technology for human rights. The organization employs 20 people, has partnered up with governments, global foundations, and UN agencies, and operates in different countries in Latin America. Manuel led Impacto Digital as Executive Director until he was awarded the Chevening Scholarship to pursue his MPA in IIPP. He has consulted for UNESCO and the IACHR, among other international organizations.
