Jessica Collombin

Jessica Collombin is a student in the 2022-23 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Following a BAH in Politics at Queen’s University, Jessica completed an internship at KPMG focussed on innovation in advisory practices, which she brought to her sales and management roles at Absorb Software. Here, she co-founded the Absorb Inclusion Committee, which works to create, nurture, and sustain a culture of DEI in the company.

Jessica believes policy without innovation grounded in social reform and social justice can continue to justify inequitable, unjust, and bias-laden processes, systems, and structures. Her objective is to use purpose-driven innovation to disrupt and rebuild systems we operate within, to create more equitable structural change.
