Ben Baumgarten-Millington

Ben Baumgarten-Millington is a student in the 2023-24 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Ben joined IIPP after completing his bachelor studies at Leiden University in The Hague, where he received a BSc in Political Science, specialising in International Relations and Organisations (IRO) with a minor in Creative Strategies for a Society in Change. Alongside his studies, Ben was an active member of the university community, serving as Secretary and later President of the board of the university's study association.

Beyond academics, Ben's commitment to community and passion for leadership led to him being recruited by PLNT, a non-profit start-up hub and incubator based in Leiden, to lead the establishment of a new hub for student entrepreneurs in The Hague.
