Esteban is an industrial engineer with more than 15 years of experience in fields related to innovation management and technology implementation in the public sector. During the last 6 years he has led the Modernization area in the Chilean Judiciary, with the strategic support of the Supreme Court of Chile. Within this framework, he has collaborated with a multidisciplinary team composed of engineers, lawyers and psychologists, through a methodological approach based on the analysis of the legal framework, the design of innovative solutions and the creation of prototypes based on new technologies.
