Christos Grammenos
Christos Grammenos is a student in the 2021-22 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Christos is a public policy professional and graduate of the the 2021- 2022 Master of Public Administration at the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP).
Originally from Corfu,Greece he completed his Political Science degree at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki as the highest ranking student in his cohort. He has cultivated a strong international profile through academic and research experiences in the UK and Italy, specialising in public sector reforms and european governance.
Along with IIPP, he contributed to Spain’s National Entrepreneurship Strategy at the Spanish Government’s National Innovation Agency, focusing on strategic communication and promoting sustainability and inclusion within the Next Generation EU framework.
With experience as a parliamentary assistant in both the Hellenic and the European Parliaments, Christos has actively contributed to legislative startegy, policy analysis and multi-stakeholder engagement, developing a deep understanding of governance across contexts.
Christos is committed to promoting IIPP’s mission of public value and purpose-driven innovation across diverse policy fields and institutional settings.
