Bhavisha's career is marked by innovation, including co-founding Peelpicker, a research-based startup and patented a low-emission process for creating biodegradable composite from Mosambi peel waste. She then lead the Learning Labs Meghalaya Project, utilizing Systemic Design to enhance family planning services in tribal communities, bridging socio-cultural gaps through cultural tailored solutions and gaining recognition from influential stakeholders. Bhavisha's diverse skills extend to repurposing local deadstock into stylish women's clothing, and she is also a skilled Bharatnatyam dancer.
