Rodrigo Meléndrez Armada

Rodrigo Meléndrez Armada was a student in the 2019 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Rodrigo Melendrez Armada
Rodrigo is a member of the Mexican Foreign Service. He has served abroad in Nicaragua, China and the United Kingdom, where he coordinated dozens of programs in economic cooperation, innovation, and education. As a former consultant for the OAS and the Ibero-American Secretariat, he participated in the definition of ODA policies with Mexico and Latin American countries. Rodrigo holds a BA in International Relations from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He has training and practical experience in participatory planning and logical framework methods. His policy interests include international development, science governance, and mission-oriented innovation. Rodrigo is a Chevening Scholar.
