Qiuyu Chen was a student in the 2019 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Qiuyu has a degree in Business Administration from Wuhan University, and spent a year studying at the University of California, Berkeley. She has put her theoretical and academic skills to practice in a variety of environments including charities, local councils, and the academic world. She particularly enjoys narrative building and developing non-traditional impact evaluation frameworks that go beyond cost-benefit analysis. An enduring interest of hers is China, its citizens, politics, and public affairs landscape.
