Pengjie Wang

Pengjie Wang was a student in the 2019 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Pengjie graduated from Minzu University of China, majoring in Public Administration. He did two internships in Chinese local governments during his undergraduate years with a focus on government procurement and human resource management respectively.

Pengjie has a wide range of hobbies including billiards, basketball and hiking. He joined the UCL Snooker & Pool Club and won a semifinalist medal in the Freshers Tournament in 2019. He also joined the UCL Hiking Club and went hiking in various destinations around the UK during the year. He found the past year in the IIPP MPA programme a rewarding experience both academically and socially.
