Muhammad Hafiz Noer

Muhammad Hafiz Noer is a student in the 2021-22 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

With a background in politics and government, Hafiz is an Indonesian public policy enthusiast who conducts research and practice on governance and policymaking.Hafiz has worked as a public affairs consultant, where he assisted the Government of Indonesia in formulating policy briefs on current affairs and strategic communications.

Hafiz believes in the need to shift from a conventional policy agenda toward one that is purposeful and impact-driven, with this driving him to join the IIPP program. In his spare time, Hafiz regularly pours his ideas through articles published in regional media outlets. An avid reader and food aficionado, Hafiz enjoys travelling and watching football matches.
