Mihai Chereji

Mihai Chereji was a student in the 2019 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Mihai’s interest in public policy and public administration started from the search for good governance and rule of law in his home country of Romania. He decided to join the MPA programme for the cutting-edge approaches to policymaking, evaluation and research that IIPP offered.

He holds a BEng in Software Engineering from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. He has worked as a software developer for companies in fields ranging from design to financial data analytics.

His interests vary from climate change policy to internet and data governance, to digital transformation and inclusive growth.
