Lukman Oesman

Lukman Oesman is a student in the 2020-21 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Throughout his professional career, Lukman has been part of various public sector reforms initiatives in the area of legislative reform, public health, open government reform, digital government, as well as trade and investment. Lukman’s experience includes working as a Public Affairs Consultant for Indonesia’s House of Representative, Communications Specialist at the Open Government Indonesia Secretariat, and recently as a Stakeholders Engagement Officer at the ASEAN Secretariat. Lukman is a Chevening Scholar and currently studying the IIPP MPA programme to further deepen his understanding of the area of public sector innovation.
