Kwame Baafi

Kwame Baafi is a student in the 2021-22 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Kwame previously worked for the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation, supporting the generation of high-quality evidence to inform decision-making in international development policy. He is interested in industrialisation and structural transformation in ECOWAS, national innovation systems, mission-oriented innovation policy, technological divergence, and industrial policy in the context of technical change and the digitalisation of production.
