Karan Paintal

Karan Paintal is a student in the 2020-21 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Having worked in the financial services industry for eight years, Karan is hoping to marry his work experience with the academic skills acquired through this MPA to lead purpose-driven organisations. Karan is particularly interested in the economics of land and housing, creating a social state fit for the 21st century and the intersectionality of policy practice and research. Karan lives with his partner in London and is an avid tennis player.
