Gwendolyn Cassaza is a student in the 2020-21 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Gwendolyn has dedicated her career to designing inclusive systems to facilitate meaningful change, and has 15 years of experience leading large-scale education and public sector reform initiatives. She worked as a US education consultant and in UK local government transformation. Most recently, Gwendolyn led ‘Best Start in Life’, bringing together council, NHS and voluntary sector teams across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough to provide relationship-based support in a child’s first five years. Gwendolyn’s interests include welfare reform, education reform and designing child-friendly policy and places. She has a Master’s degree in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
