MRes Interdisciplinary Urban Design Research Day 2019
5 May 2020
The BSP MRes Interdisciplinary Urban Design Research Day is our annual event in which students showcase and celebrate their current research and the diversity of topics they are engaging with.
The event is an important opportunity for our MRes Interdisciplinary Urban Design students to get feedback from a cross-disciplinary team of supervisors from across the schools and urban research centres of the Bartlett.
Richard Sobey, working with Dr. Jen Kandst at CASA, presented on the topic of disruptive citizenship in the smart city infrastuctures in the UK. Alvaro Senra, working with Dr. Edward Denison at the BSA, Bartlett School of Architecture, presented on the topic of Vernancular Urbanism in Europe. It was a successful afternoon showcasing some of the best research in the programme, generating insightful discussions between students and academics.
Please do not hesitate to contact Dr. Filipa Wunderlich f.wunderlich@ucl.ac.uk if any questions and if you are interested in applying to study our MRes Interdisciplinary Urban Design programme at The Bartlett School of Planning.
