School of Planning Staff Participate in London Plan Examination in Public

Michael Edwards, Dr Claire Colomb, Dr Jessica Ferm and PhD Candidate Myfanwy Taylor from the Bartlett School of Planning gave evidence to the Examination in Public for the Further Alterations to the London Plan in September 2014 at City Hall, as part of voluntary work done with community groups in London.  

Claire Colomb gave evidence to the Housing session on behalf of the Planning Policy Work Group of Our Tottenham, a network of community groups in North London.  Michael Edwards and Jessica Ferm gave evidence to the Employment session, following ongoing involvement with Just Space Economy and Planning (JSEP), and their research on workspace, industrial land and  London economy matters.  Michael Edwards also gave evidence on housing targets. Myfanwy Taylor, who convenes the Economy and Planning Group as part of her PhD research, gave evidence on retail and town centres.  In all sessions, they were joined by community collaborators from Just Space who gave evidence from their local perspectives.
