Qiulin’s research interests include real estate investment and finance, sustainability, and real estate and housing markets. She has published research papers in refereed journals such as Journal of Property Investment and Finance, Property Management, Journal of Property Research, Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management, Journal of Financial Management of Property and Construction, etc.
Qiulin is a senior lecturer of Real Estate. She holds a BA (Hons.) in English Linguistics and Literature from Jilin University, China, a MSc in Property Investment and Finance from City University, London and PhD from the University of Greenwich. She ever worked as Research Fellow in School of Architecture and Construction, the University of Greenwich, involving in the residential sector's transaction cost project funded by Woolwich Plc. Before she joined the Bartlett School of Planning in September, 2012, she was a senior lecturer of Real estate at Nottingham Trent University.
