Overview
KTPs are UK government funded programmes that connect universities with industry partners to support innovation and apply academic expertise to real world business challenges. This project focuses on integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data analytics into SRC’s infrastructure consulting operations, paving the way for digital transformation across the sector.
The collaboration responds to a growing need within the infrastructure industry to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies and remain competitive in an increasingly data driven market. SRC identified AI as a critical enabler for enhancing decision making, optimising workflows and driving sustainable innovation, creating a clear opportunity for research informed change.
Together, the partners are developing a change management framework that explores the integration of AI capabilities across the firm’s core operations. This framework will support SRC’s long-term transformation strategy and position the company at the forefront of AI adoption in infrastructure consultancy.
