Organised by Design Future London and C40 Cities' Students Reinventing Cities, the competition challenges students to develop innovative design solutions that reimagine the Pool of London, into a greener, accessible, and connected commercial hub.
The 'Greener London Alliance' team (main photo and bottom left) was composed of BSP Year 1 undergraduate students Neel Le Meur, Tia Richards, Yixi (Clara) Chen, Stepan Adamenko, Yuyi (Callie) Hou, Leyan Sheng, along with students from other UCL departments, Juanhao Huang, Bhawika Jain, Andrew Drury, and students from other institutions, Georgy Merabishvili (AA), Kanika Jain (Warwick), Wen Sui (Nicole) Ng (Singapore), Nadia Ousy (Umeå).
Additionally, other BSP student teams received honourable mentions: Team 'R&I' (bottom centre photo) consisting of master's students Yuxin Han, Jingyi Wang, Aiwei Shi, Dan He, Xinci Lin, Bin Dai and Gustavo Kenji Ogassawara, and Team 'MRKT' (bottom right photo) consisting of Year 2 undergraduates students Yung Kin Choi, Nadim Bin Nazri, Alastair Ang, Yi Zhen Chuah, Rebecca Jia Qi Koh & Ziru Huang.



Prof. Elisabete Cidre, BSP Director of Student Welfare and Experience said: "All students have done incredible work and pulled all efforts into the task - from putting together mixed-interdisciplinary teams, and juggling the competition with compulsory academic duties, to producing professional quality panels. Amazing achievements!"
